How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of purchase. Items requesting personalisation may take extra time to be dispatched.
Items shipped overseas may be subject to customs duty and may experience delays upon entry into the destination country.
Delivery is either via Royal Mail or via courier. A signature may be required on delivery.
How do I claim my Season Ticket Discount?
We are currently in the process of automating our ticketing discount, which will ensure that season ticket holders are automatically recognised within Mariners Direct. Whilst this process is currently being implemented, you can request your discount code by e-mailing clubshop@gtfc.co.uk. Your details will then be cross referenced with our season ticket database and you will receive your discount code in response should your details be confirmed.
Can I collect my Order from the Stadium?
Yes! All items can be purchased to be collected from the Grimsby Town F.C. Club Shop by selecting the collection method at check out. When collecting your item, you will be asked to confirm your name and the first line of your address.
I have forgotten my password; how do I retrieve it?
Please click the forgotten password button when logging in and this will then send you an email with a ‘hint.’ If you did not enter a hint when registering your account, you can still reset your password by using the 'click here' button on the forgotten password page. If you are still unable to reset your password, please email us via shop@marinersdirect.co.uk
What happens if I'm not at home for the delivery?
If your item has been shipped via Royal Mail and you are not at home to take delivery, they will leave a 'Sorry we missed you' note, which will provide details of your item's whereabouts. This may have been left with a neighbour, a re-delivery attempt will be made at a later date or the item will have been taken to your local delivery office.
If your item has been shipped via courier and you are not home to take delivery, a card will be left detailing the whereabouts of your item. This could include but is not limited to being left with a neighbour, being left in a safe place or has been held onto for a delivery attempt at a later date. All details will be available on the note left.
